All I can say is wow! From the moment you step inside, the decor and lights just blow you away. I also love dimly lit venues, so I was won over immediately. The chairs were comfortable. The food was amazing. We were all sharing each other's mains and drinks, and it's probably the first time we can say that we all liked the other's choices as well as our own. Yum.
The only letdown was the red velvet cake. It was quite dry, and instead of cream cheese frosting, buttercream was used. However, the chocolate cake made up for it. Moist and yum. And, every single other item was topnotch. The drinks were fresh with no weird, artificial tastes whatsoever like some other mocktails/milkshakes.
Service was out of this world. Moon was on the ball all the way throughout. If you looked up, she was ready to help.
We did go intentionally for the iftaar, as we wanted the more spiritual feel, and they did very well. The music was thoughtfully and kindly nasheeds, although for a few seconds, "Mendhi laga ke rakhna" came on but thankfully, someone noticed, and it was quickly changed back to nasheeds.
The complimentary fruit platters for iftaar were amazing. Best I've been given at restaurants. The adhaan was stunning. The prayer room was beautiful too. As we were fasting, we were hungry and wanted to order immediately, however, Moon reminded us that it's better to order after salah as food would get cold. Aww...so sweet and thoughtful!

I ordered the breakfast burger and the egg was not runny at all, the food tasted very mid and came out very quickly so I don’t think it was fresh either. My friend also ordered the chicken burger which looked very dry. From the price you pay, and the portion of chips you receive, the meal was not the best, seemed like a lack of effort was made. The restaurant itself was very nice.

Palm by H2O offers a great atmosphere with stylish decor and a relaxed vibe. The food was delicious, and the shisha options were a nice touch. However, during my visit, the DJ was a little too loud, making it hard to have a conversation. That said, it’s a great spot for a night out with friends if you’re looking for good food, drinks, and a lively ambiance.

What a beautiful place 😍 top level service, food was amazing. Parking is available but limited spaces. Prices and portions could be better. I would recommend 👌
We recently went to the palm H20. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. Food wasn't cooked properly & the staff member serving us lacked in customer service. Menu needs to be extended with more variety 👎🏼
Parking available but you must pay.

Me and my friend visited on Saturday to celebrate my 30th birthday. The food was really nice, the service was good and the shisha was good. We had a pornstar martini mocktail and pina colada mocktail, the Palm mashup and strawberry and cream churros. We paid £60 each including shisha. I think it’s worth the price. I would definitely return if it was closer to where I live.

Food wasn’t bad but the service was awful. Took 50 minutes for one redbull to come, no apologies from staff. Instead got a “I work here not on the bar” from the guy with the walkie talkie. Rude if you ask me. Had a table not far from us shout out “EXCUSE ME!” And once staff approached, they asked the staff “why does it take so long for someone to come up to us” - honestly felt this as there was about 8 of them just stood there. Rubbish service. Then tried to get charged for 2 redbulls instead of one. Won’t be back. If the service was great I would’ve been back, but third time in a row. Same experience. Deserve no chances now.

Speechless on what I have experienced in this place tonight, firstly my friends booked it as a surprise for my 50th and we travelled from far away.
The food was average they paid extra for a birthday package which had no 50 th on the plate as requested , my friend was still eating and they took the dishes away (cctv will show that) , when we spoke to the manager regarding the birthday package issue he did not know what to say, and he bought the girl from the reception to the table and she called me Zara and i corrected her that my name is SAJ, she then started in a debate with my friend stating that she was not informed it was my 50th, after going back and forth and she started shrugging her shoulders and then they walked away. I was disgusted with the way she reacted and the fact the manager bought her to the table and were speaking above us and other customers listening to the conversation was very unprofessional and embarrassing and I gave my feedback to him as you should never come and debate at the table in front of me who’s birthday it was. He had the cheek to say my staff asked your friend to come to the desk, but he never gave her a chance to get up, as they walked towards the table. CCTV will show this .
The manager took the service charge of the bill and another 10 for the birthday singing and sparkler which is embarrasing , and I told him he would not be getting a service charge anyway after I found the staff member rude and he needs to manage the team and learn from this mistake as a manager he should know how to treat customers .
The place was quiet so you could hear people conversation feel very let down by this place , will not recommend going here ,and have walked away on my 50 th birthday very very disappointed.
Staff need training and need to act more professional considering your rate yourself at a high standards ,, which I disagree with after what I have experienced tonight.

We had Mo as our personal waiter and He was excellent. It was my friends birthday and he made sure to suprise the birthday girl with the cake we bought as well as adding complementary sparklers. The food was delicious and the palm chips were delectable

Food was honestly lovely but the staff are so unfocused and unorganised. They will take 30 mins to even approach you for you to order or even ask you if you want a menu. I don’t know if it’s intentional but i can see them looking at me making eye contact and still not approaching me… eventually we ordered our food which came quite quickly and tasted delicious but the each second we was there a staff memeber was approaching us with a tray full of food and drink and was going around asking each table if they ordered it (they was unaware of who’s order belonged to who the whole time). Then i ordered the BBQ sauce chicken wings and they never showed up because the waiter never even bothered to order it. I asked him twice for them to not show up.

Awful Extremely disappointing especially on an important day for all couples. Food was terrible, ordered steaks and sides.
When the food arrived it was cold as if they rushed to make it when we asked for them to be done medium well, we asked for it to be taken back and was promised it would be hot and fresh. Yet again, they was cold and just to add more to our awful experience our sides never returned along with the steaks that we had asked to be taken away. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or suggest you come to eat here. Unless your looking for a terrible Evening

You will be looking at spending £100+ but you get exactly what you pay for! Probably the best fillet steak I've ever had. Nice staff. Great spot for a date 100% recommend.

I really loved it here. The food was great, every bite of it gave me so much satisfaction and the ambiance of the restaurant was amazing. Loved every bit of it. However,everyone must order a main meal which is quite plenty as one main course can do for two people who do not eat large portions.
